CEO & Co-Founder
Glen Shields founded the fund administration firm GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) in 2011 after a decade of specialized accounting experience on both the GP and LP sides. As a former PwC auditor and founder of Lever Point, he created GPES in 2019 to address outdated tools for GPs and investors.
Chris Yeung
CTO & Co-Founder
Christopher Yeung, founder and CTO of Vimbly Group, invests in and develops technology-enabled companies. Vimbly Group utilizes its IP, infrastructure, and technology strategy to power its portfolio. Previously, as VP at BlackRock, Chris specialized in portfolio risk analysis and centralized management systems post-acquisition.

Tony Pfister is an experienced, successful tech entrepreneur who built and sold a high-growth SaaS platform company. He led rev ops for large sales and support teams at a $130M business unit that exceeded profitability targets and cash flow, paving the way for private equity (PE) exit.
